About
DJ Dogcon is the techno project of Leon Lawson, a DJ and producer from Aberdeen, Washington, on the rainy edge of the Pacific Northwest. He builds his music the way he builds cars: from scratch, by hand, and loud.
His new album, THE INFLUENCE, premieres on YouTube on October 28, 2026 at 7 PM PT. It is driving, dark, and built for big systems and late-night roads alike. It follows a run of 2026 releases including Higher Funktion, CONvermectin, The Harbor, Live at The Lake, and The Payback, which is also available on vinyl through elasticStage.
When he's not in the studio, Leon is in the garage. He has built cars from the ground up, from a red S14 to a garage full of Hondas, and that same do-it-yourself energy runs through every track: raw kicks, tight grooves, and no shortcuts.
Grays Harbor isn't known for techno. DJ Dogcon is changing that, one track at a time.
